With more than 35 years in the field of constructions, our company KTISMA,  is one of the biggests and most succesful constructions companies in Crete. We specialize at private projects, large and small, in Crete, Dodecanese and Cyclades.

Company has established by Demetrios Chr. Ktistakis at 1981. Since then,  KTISMA has a continuous and succesful route to the top and full recognition in constructions...

Today, after over 35 years of a succesful route, his children, Christodoulos, Fotis and Rafael, continue the route of the company with new ideas, knowledge and experience.
